How do renewal notifications work?+

TrackSubs schedules local alerts on your iPhone before each subscription’s next billing date. You can choose one or more lead times—7 days, 2 days, 1 day, or 1 hour ahead—when notifications are enabled in Settings. On the free tier you can pick one reminder time per subscription; premium unlock lets you use all four options together.

Where is my data stored?+

On your device. TrackSubs keeps your subscription list, renewal dates, reminder settings, and app preferences locally—there’s no cloud account backing the app.

What are quick-add presets?+

They’re shortcuts in the app—not something we operate for you. Tap one of four templates (Netflix, YouTube Premium, Spotify, Amazon Prime) to add a row with the name and a default price already filled in, so you don’t have to type them. You can edit every field, and any other service is added as a custom subscription.

What’s included in the free tier?+

You can track up to 3 subscriptions. Each one can use a single reminder lead time. Premium is a one-time unlock ($1.99 where offered) for unlimited subscriptions and multiple reminder times per renewal—see the App Store listing for current pricing.

Do you show ads?+

No. The app stays clean; upgrading is about lifting limits—not removing ads.

Does this website collect analytics?+

We don’t intentionally collect personal analytics on this marketing site today. If that changes, we’ll update the Privacy Policy before turning anything on.
